The temple as a place of care.

A temple is not only a sanctum. It is a kitchen, a refuge, a school, a shelter for cows. Service is worship.

Annadaan

The food offering

The Annadaan Kshetra will serve hot meals daily — first to the temple's offerings, then to anyone who comes hungry. In the tradition of Guruvayur, no devotee leaves the precinct unfed.

Gaushala

The cow shelter

Krishna's cows. The Gaushala is part of the temple's promise — the herd cared for daily, the ghee for the lamps and the nivedyam drawn from cows of the temple's own keeping.

Elderly women's home

A roof for the unhoused devotee

For Vrindavan's widows and elderly women who have given their lives to devotion and now have no shelter. The temple commits to housing and caring for them in their later years.
